About PantoMaker
PantoMaker is a pantograph designer for longarm quilters that runs in your browser.
What it makes
Pick a built-in design, draw your own line, or open an SVG or pattern file. PantoMaker turns it into one clean repeat that starts at 0,0 and ends level, shows it across your whole quilt (row spacing, nesting, shifted or flipped rows), and gives you:
- Machine files for computerized longarms: QLI, HQF, TXT, IQP, DXF, PAT, BQM, CQP, PLT, QCC and SSD, one at a time or as a ZIP with every format. The file format guide shows which one your machine reads.
- Paper pantographs for hand-guided quilting: a PDF tiled on Letter or A4 sheets you tape together, or one long page for a print shop. See how to print a paper pantograph.
Free and Pro
The classic built-in designs are free at any size, in every machine format and as paper pantographs: see the free pantographs. Awareness designs are free during their month, and drawing your own design and previewing it on your quilt are free too.
PantoMaker Pro adds downloads of your own drawn designs, converting SVGs and pattern files between machine formats, every seasonal and holiday design all year, alternate-row layouts, paper pantographs of any design, and your name and copyright notes inside every file.
Who makes it
PantoMaker is made by ToolsLab, a small independent studio that builds focused browser tools for makers. Our other tool is TaperWrap, which makes wraps and decals for tapered tumblers. If you make tumblers too, the ToolsLab bundle unlocks both sites with one license key.
Paying and refunds
PantoMaker Pro is $19, paid once. There's no subscription. Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and takes care of sales tax and VAT. After checkout you get a license key that unlocks Pro.

Your designs stay on your computer
Drawing, converting and exporting all happen in your browser. Your designs and the pattern files you open are never uploaded, and we can't see them. The privacy page explains the license check and the visit statistics.
